1220. To say that you are of Me is one thing. To be of Me is another.

The Book of Truth:
Tuesday, September 16th, 2014, 20:25

My dearly beloved daughter, when the world seems to be in disarray, never fear for God is in command of all things.

He allows the evil one only so much power and He will fight to ensure that the Holy Spirit remains alive, so that good men will fight the fight successfully in My Plan of Salvation. Wickedness in all its forms is a trait of the devil. To avoid becoming infested by Satan, you must speak no evil, hear no evil or carry out evil deeds against a living person. To say that you are of Me is one thing. To be of Me is another.

I will, when I Am truly present in a soul, do all in My Power to stop such souls from carrying out evil acts. If the soul trusts Me, completely, then he or she will find it easier to be guided by Me. If the person’s will is very strong, and if he is proud and stubborn, then he will be easily led by the deceiver who will fool him in a number of ways. He will convince the person that a wicked act, an  evil tongue or an act of blasphemy is acceptable, in certain cases. And then that soul will fall for the deceit. To those souls I say this.

Do not speak ill of another, do not succumb to slander, do not place yourself as a judge over another and do not denounce another soul in My Holy Name. Should you commit such offenses against Me, you will plunge from this level of iniquity into a darkness, which will create a great divide between us. When that divide grows, and the further you drift away from Me, you will feel a terrible emptiness – a gnawing sensation of  such deep loneliness, that you will feel a sense of panic, which you will be unable to identify. Then you will feel the separation from God, which souls in Purgatory and Hell endure. If you can learn from this now, then you will find it easier to draw closer to Me.

Remember, you must drive out all thoughts of hatred in your soul first. I cannot be present in a soul, which is full of hatred for this is impossible.

Your Jesus”

“Legion Of Angels

June 7, 1988

Lord?

I am; I am very near you child, listen to My Heartbeats … I will draw My angels all inside My Heart so that they see and feel My Wounds; they will feel their God’s Wounds and when they do their voice will rise so loud that My enemy will tremble and the very foundations of earth will shake; when they will see in what state My lacerated Heart is they will feel in their own heart a flame of love for Me, their God; these angels, trained by your Holy Mother, prepared with love is this legion your Holy Mother prepared to defend Our Church; these angels are to repay evil with love;

come, Vassula of My Sacred Heart, I, the Lord, love you; face Me; remember, I come now with My Heart in My Hand, offering It to all mankind; 1 how I love you all!

(I saw an interior vision of a Sun with Our Lady inside it, a heart and a Cross.)

Vassula, do not neglect to pray the Holy Rosary;

(No, Jesus, I will not.)

come, us? we?

Yes, Lord, us, we. Praised be the Lord!”

Memorial of Saints Cornelius, Pope, and Cyprian, Bishop, Martyrs
Lectionary: 443

Reading 1 1 Tm 2:1-8

Beloved:
First of all, I ask that supplications, prayers,
petitions, and thanksgivings
be offered for everyone,
for kings and for all in authority,
that we may lead a quiet and tranquil life
in all devotion and dignity.
This is good and pleasing to God our savior,
who wills everyone to be saved
and to come to knowledge of the truth.For there is one God.
There is also one mediator between God and men,
the man Christ Jesus,
who gave himself as ransom for all.This was the testimony at the proper time.
For this I was appointed preacher and Apostle
(I am speaking the truth, I am not lying),
teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.It is my wish, then, that in every place the men should pray,
lifting up holy hands, without anger or argument.

Responsorial Psalm Ps 28:2, 7, 8-9

R.(6) Blessed be the Lord, for he has heard my prayer.
Hear the sound of my pleading, when I cry to you,
lifting up my hands toward your holy shrine.
R.Blessed be the Lord, for he has heard my prayer.
The LORD is my strength and my shield.
In him my heart trusts, and I find help;
then my heart exults, and with my song I give him thanks.
R.Blessed be the Lord, for he has heard my prayer.
The LORD is the strength of his people,
the saving refuge of his anointed.
Save your people, and bless your inheritance;
feed them, and carry them forever!
R.Blessed be the Lord, for he has heard my prayer.

Alleluia Jn 3:16

R. Alleluia, alleluia.
God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten Son,
so that everyone who believes in him might have eternal life.
R. Alleluia, alleluia.

Gospel Lk 7:1-10

When Jesus had finished all his words to the people,
he entered Capernaum.
A centurion there had a slave who was ill and about to die,
and he was valuable to him.
When he heard about Jesus, he sent elders of the Jews to him,
asking him to come and save the life of his slave.
They approached Jesus and strongly urged him to come, saying,
“He deserves to have you do this for him,
for he loves our nation and he built the synagogue for us.”
And Jesus went with them,
but when he was only a short distance from the house,
the centurion sent friends to tell him,
“Lord, do not trouble yourself,
for I am not worthy to have you enter under my roof.
Therefore, I did not consider myself worthy to come to you;
but say the word and let my servant be healed.
For I too am a person subject to authority,
with soldiers subject to me.
And I say to one, Go, and he goes;
and to another, Come here, and he comes;
and to my slave, Do this, and he does it.”
When Jesus heard this he was amazed at him
and, turning, said to the crowd following him,
“I tell you, not even in Israel have I found such faith.”
When the messengers returned to the house,
they found the slave in good health.”

Paul’s Concern for the Corinthian Church

11 I have been a fool! You forced me to it. Indeed you should have been the ones commending me, for I am not at all inferior to these super-apostles, even though I am nothing. 12 The signs of a true apostle were performed among you with utmost patience, signs and wonders and mighty works. 13 How have you been worse off than the other churches, except that I myself did not burden you? Forgive me this wrong!

14 Here I am, ready to come to you this third time. And I will not be a burden, because I do not want what is yours but you; for children ought not to lay up for their parents, but parents for their children. 15 I will most gladly spend and be spent for you. If I love you more, am I to be loved less? 16 Let it be assumed that I did not burden you. Nevertheless (you say) since I was crafty, I took you in by deceit. 17 Did I take advantage of you through any of those whom I sent to you? 18 I urged Titus to go, and sent the brother with him. Titus did not take advantage of you, did he? Did we not conduct ourselves with the same spirit? Did we not take the same steps?

19 Have you been thinking all along that we have been defending ourselves before you? We are speaking in Christ before God. Everything we do, beloved, is for the sake of building you up.”

19 But Herod the ruler,[a] who had been rebuked by him because of Herodias, his brother’s wife, and because of all the evil things that Herod had done, 20 added to them all by shutting up John in prison.

The Baptism of Jesus

21 Now when all the people were baptized, and when Jesus also had been baptized and was praying, the heaven was opened, 22 and the Holy Spirit descended upon him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven, “You are my Son, the Beloved;[b] with you I am well pleased.”[c]””

which you were warned about in the message of  26 November 2010  (message 20)

….

You must pray, all of you, to hinder the plans of evil men whose desire is to reduce the world’s population, for their own gain. Those who are spared this evil will find themselves under the control of an invisible group. I call upon each and every one of you to pray to my Son, Jesus Christ, in order to help mitigate such tragedies and wickedness. Some of these horrors can be mitigated, but not all of them. Your prayers will, however, dilute the impact of these terrible acts, which are carried out by followers of the evil one. Please recite this Crusade Prayer to help mitigate the murder of innocents.

Those of My sacred servants who will understand, fairly quickly, the devious plan in place to mislead My Followers, will feel helpless. Many will fall for the deceit, because they will have so little faith that they will hardly bother to read to the new false doctrine and so, therefore, it will be adapted into Churches without much opposition.

When My Word is desecrated, nothing good will come from it and evil will thrive. I give you this warning for the good of your souls and to prepare you for the great apostasy in human history, which will devour the Word of God.

“Exaltation Of The Cross

September 14, 1989

(Exaltation of the Cross)

Vassula, pray more, never doubt of My Love, respect My Law always;

make a place for My Mother, take Her into your arms; I shall wait for you in My Mother’s House, into the Room of Her who conceived Me;

work for Me with untiring effort and with great earnestness of spirit; work with love for Love; worship Me your God and allow Me to educate you, even though it means through suffering; I am offering you My Passion; your lips now should utter only holiness and righteousness, and for My sake adorn Me, beloved one, with words that come from your heart; adorn My Cross with wreaths of love, adorn My Cross with every drop of love in you; endeavour and please Me now, I have given you so much! have Me as First, let Me now feel your zeal and fervour which pleases Me;

I am your Teacher and from Me you will learn; Vassula, pray and ask for My Strength, do not allow Satan to take advantage of your weakness to tempt you; weary not of writing, remember My precepts and follow them; come, I will enlighten you in those things that trouble your soul, am I not your Spiritual Director? so have faith in Me, even in your awesome weakness I will be able to complete this Revelation; understand, My child that by choosing you in your poverty and your weakness, My Holy Name shall be all the more glorified;

I bless you; come, love Me;

(Today it was like all hell broke loose. I was constantly attacked by the demon. I am going through another trial, my soul is tormented.

Later on, in the evening:)

Jesus?

I am; My angel, do not fear, just wait and see how I work; I, Jesus, love you;

I adore You Holy of Holies.

(Still later on: I come back to Jesus for reassurance and consolation. I feel attacked and miserable, how I fear that I’m in error!)

My Lord, guard me from evil and his attacks on me. Keep me out of Satan’s traps. Before my spirit fails me, come!

“Be my Saviour again, renew my joy,
Keep my spirit steady and willing;
and I shall teach transgressors the way to You,
and to You the sinners will return.” 1

flower, have My Peace; pray, My Vassula, so that the demon does not find you sleeping; pray without ceasing; 2 how I pity you … to love Me is to give Me everything, I want everything you have;

Jesus, take everything You want.

…. are you willing to sacrifice more for Me?

I am willing, even if the flesh is weak. I had asked You, my Lord, to drag me if You must. Please do it.

ah Vassula, I want you to do things willingly; I love you;

Lord, I am willing.

allow Me, then … stop resisting Me, abandon yourself to Me and have no fear; peace, My child, the demon hates you and is persisting his attacks on you; do not release your grip from Me, hold on to Me;”

Roman Catholic:

Twenty-fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time
Lectionary: 132

Reading 1 Ex 32:7-11, 13-14

The LORD said to Moses,
“Go down at once to your people,
whom you brought out of the land of Egypt,
for they have become depraved.
They have soon turned aside from the way I pointed out to them,
making for themselves a molten calf and worshiping it,
sacrificing to it and crying out,
‘This is your God, O Israel,
who brought you out of the land of Egypt!’
“I see how stiff-necked this people is, ” continued the LORD to Moses.
Let me alone, then,
that my wrath may blaze up against them to consume them.
Then I will make of you a great nation.”
But Moses implored the LORD, his God, saying,
“Why, O LORD, should your wrath blaze up against your own people,
whom you brought out of the land of Egypt
with such great power and with so strong a hand?
Remember your servants Abraham, Isaac, and Israel,
and how you swore to them by your own self, saying,
‘I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky;
and all this land that I promised,
I will give your descendants as their perpetual heritage.'”
So the LORD relented in the punishment
he had threatened to inflict on his people.

Responsorial Psalm Ps 51:3-4, 12-13, 17, 19

R. (Lk 15:18)  I will rise and go to my father.
Have mercy on me, O God, in your goodness;
in the greatness of your compassion wipe out my offense.
Thoroughly wash me from my guilt
and of my sin cleanse me.
R. I will rise and go to my father.
A clean heart create for me, O God,
and a steadfast spirit renew within me.
Cast me not out from your presence,
and your Holy Spirit take not from me.

R. I will rise and go to my father.
O Lord, open my lips,
and my mouth shall proclaim your praise.
My sacrifice, O God, is a contrite spirit;
a heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.
R. I will rise and go to my father.

Reading 2 1 Tm 1:12-17

Beloved:
I am grateful to him who has strengthened me, Christ Jesus our Lord,
because he considered me trustworthy
in appointing me to the ministry.
I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and arrogant,
but I have been mercifully treated
because I acted out of ignorance in my unbelief.
Indeed, the grace of our Lord has been abundant,
along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
This saying is trustworthy and deserves full acceptance:
Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.
Of these I am the foremost.
But for that reason I was mercifully treated,
so that in me, as the foremost,
Christ Jesus might display all his patience as an example
for those who would come to believe in him for everlasting life.
To the king of ages, incorruptible, invisible, the only God,
honor and glory forever and ever.  Amen.

Alleluia 2 Cor 5:19

R. Alleluia, alleluia.
God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ
and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.
R. Alleluia, alleluia.

Gospel Lk 15:1-32

Tax collectors and sinners were all drawing near to listen to Jesus,
but the Pharisees and scribes began to complain, saying,
“This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.”
So to them he addressed this parable.
“What man among you having a hundred sheep and losing one of them
would not leave the ninety-nine in the desert
and go after the lost one until he finds it?
And when he does find it,
he sets it on his shoulders with great joy
and, upon his arrival home,
he calls together his friends and neighbors and says to them,
‘Rejoice with me because I have found my lost sheep.’
I tell you, in just the same way
there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents
than over ninety-nine righteous people
who have no need of repentance.“Or what woman having ten coins and losing one
would not light a lamp and sweep the house,
searching carefully until she finds it?
And when she does find it,
she calls together her friends and neighbors
and says to them,
‘Rejoice with me because I have found the coin that I lost.’
In just the same way, I tell you,
there will be rejoicing among the angels of God
over one sinner who repents.”Then he said,
“A man had two sons, and the younger son said to his father,
‘Father give me the share of your estate that should come to me.’
So the father divided the property between them.
After a few days, the younger son collected all his belongings
and set off to a distant country
where he squandered his inheritance on a life of dissipation.
When he had freely spent everything,
a severe famine struck that country,
and he found himself in dire need.
So he hired himself out to one of the local citizens
who sent him to his farm to tend the swine.
And he longed to eat his fill of the pods on which the swine fed,
but nobody gave him any.
Coming to his senses he thought,
‘How many of my father’s hired workers
have more than enough food to eat,
but
here am I, dying from hunger.
I shall get up
and go to my
father and I shall say to him,
Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you.
I no longer deserve to be called your son;
treat me as you would treat one of your hired workers.”’
So he got up and went back to his
father.
While he was still a long way off,
his father caught sight of him,
and was filled with
compassion.
He ran to his son, embraced him and kissed him.
His son said to him,
Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you;
I no longer deserve to be called your son.’
But his
father ordered his servants,
‘Quickly bring the finest robe and put it on him;
put a
ring on his finger and sandals on his feet.
Take the fattened calf and slaughter it.

Then let us celebrate with a feast,
because this son of mine was dead, and has come to life again;
he was lost, and has been found.’
Then the celebration began.

Now the older son had been out in the field
and, on his way back, as he neared the house,
he heard the sound of music and dancing.
He called one of the servants and asked what this might mean.
The servant said to him,
‘Your brother has returned
and your father has slaughtered the fattened calf
because he has him back safe and sound.’
He became angry,
and when
he refused to enter the house,
his father came out and pleaded with him.
He said to his father in reply,
‘Look, all these years I served you
and not once did I disobey your orders;
yet you never gave me even a young goat to feast on with my friends. But when your son returns,
who swallowed up your property with prostitutes,
for him you slaughter the fattened calf.’
He said to him,
‘My son, you are here with me always;
everything I have is yours.
But now we must celebrate and rejoice,
because your brother was dead and has come to life again;
he was lost and has been found.’”

Orthodox:

16 yet we know that a person is justified[a] not by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ.[b] And we have come to believe in Christ Jesus, so that we might be justified by faith in Christ,[c] and not by doing the works of the law, because no one will be justified by the works of the law. 17 But if, in our effort to be justified in Christ, we ourselves have been found to be sinners, is Christ then a servant of sin? Certainly not! 18 But if I build up again the very things that I once tore down, then I demonstrate that I am a transgressor. 19 For through the law I died to the law, so that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ; 20 and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God,[d] who loved me and gave himself for me.”

34 He called the crowd with his disciples, and said to them, “If any want to become my followers, let them deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. 35 For those who want to save their life will lose it, and those who lose their life for my sake, and for the sake of the gospel,[i] will save it. 36 For what will it profit them to gain the whole world and forfeit their life? 37 Indeed, what can they give in return for their life? 38 Those who are ashamed of me and of my words[j] in this adulterous and sinful generation, of them the Son of Man will also be ashamed when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. And he said to them, “Truly I tell you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see that the kingdom of God has come with[k] power.”

Final Messages and Greetings

13 Keep alert, stand firm in your faith, be courageous, be strong. 14 Let all that you do be done in love.

15 Now, brothers and sisters,[a] you know that members of the household of Stephanas were the first converts in Achaia, and they have devoted themselves to the service of the saints; 16 I urge you to put yourselves at the service of such people, and of everyone who works and toils with them. 17 I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus, because they have made up for your absence; 18 for they refreshed my spirit as well as yours. So give recognition to such persons.

19 The churches of Asia send greetings. Aquila and Prisca, together with the church in their house, greet you warmly in the Lord. 20 All the brothers and sisters[b] send greetings. Greet one another with a holy kiss.

21 I, Paul, write this greeting with my own hand. 22 Let anyone be accursed who has no love for the Lord. Our Lord, come![c] 23 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you. 24 My love be with all of you in Christ Jesus.[d]

The Parable of the Wicked Tenants

33 “Listen to another parable. There was a landowner who planted a vineyard, put a fence around it, dug a wine press in it, and built a watchtower. Then he leased it to tenants and went to another country. 34 When the harvest time had come, he sent his slaves to the tenants to collect his produce. 35 But the tenants seized his slaves and beat one, killed another, and stoned another. 36 Again he sent other slaves, more than the first; and they treated them in the same way. 37 Finally he sent his son to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ 38 But when the tenants saw the son, they said to themselves, ‘This is the heir; come, let us kill him and get his inheritance.’ 39 So they seized him, threw him out of the vineyard, and killed him. 40 Now when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?” 41 They said to him, “He will put those wretches to a miserable death, and lease the vineyard to other tenants who will give him the produce at the harvest time.”

42 Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the scriptures:

‘The stone that the builders rejected
    has become the cornerstone;[a]
this was the Lord’s doing,
    and it is amazing in our eyes’?
